Walmart Claims Text Messaging Program Terms & Conditions
Walmart Claims Services, Inc. is the casualty claims administrator for Walmart, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Walmart"), and Walmart's insurance carriers. We recognize the importance of information privacy. We strive to manage personal information in accordance with our basic belief of respect for the individual. This policy describes: By providing your phone number, you are enrolling in the Walmart Claims Text Messaging Program (via Walmart Claims Services, Inc. or its applicable third party administrator) and agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions: When you enroll, you certify that
- you are the account holder and consent to enroll or have the account holder's consent to enroll
- you are age 18 or older.
The Walmart Claims Text Messaging Program is a subscription service in which you may receive multiple messages about your claim. These messages may include notifications regarding the status or management of your claim. You agree that these messages may include limited personal information about your claim, and whoever has access to the mobile phone or carrier account will also be able to see this information. Messages are not sent via an encrypted channel. There is no charge from the Walmart Claims Text Messaging Program for this service, but YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER'S MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Frequency of text messaging is based on claim activity. The texts will be sent via automated technology. You will receive a text message to confirm your subscription to the Walmart Claims Text Messaging Program.
If you do not wish to subscribe, do not respond to this confirmation text message or reply STOP. Participation in the Walmart Claims Text Messaging Program is not required for service. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to (844)701-2701, calling 800-527-0566, contacting your Walmart Claims claim representative, or contacting us at Walmart Corporate, Privacy Office, MS #0160 702 SW 8th Street, Bentonville, AR 72716-0160.
